My belt came in the general timeframe expected. After unpacking it I discovered a small crack in the main plate, probably from shipping,but they offered a replacement. That seemed like a huge logistic hassle and they’d be out 2 belts which isn’t fair to them, so I accepted instead a partial refund. The customer service & communication was quick & professional. Seller did not provide any updates whatsoever. I had to reach out and was told it would be shipped within the week and again no response or update until I reached out again. Needless to say, I will never purchase from this seller again. There is no communication at all and second attempt was made to charge for the item! They were quick to collect the money, but not to ship product!
