I wasn't expecting ear cheese still crusted on the ear tips and in the cradle. It's good practice to clean anything you buy pre-owned before using it yourself, but like... come on. That was just gross. Certainly not something that should have " like new condition" anywhere in its description.

The seller was responsive and took care of it immediately. No hassle or judgment involved. I wish I could report on the item (as I saw most others were pleased)! While I cannot do that, I can say that I’d purchase again from this seller based on the reasonable nature of how the last transaction was handled. The item was at a good price too!
