      Unbelievably kind and responsive dealer, with such fast delivery (over 1500 miles), I think they must’ve flown my piece to me! It arrived with Donna at my door unpacked and ready to install. She was friendly and even wanted to bring it in for me! I declined as my husband could do it but she was WONDERFUL!       The tool is beautiful, the shipping was fast and well-packaged, and the sellers had great communication. The particular tool I'd ordered had just been sold in the shop, but they gave me a choice of four similar flax tools and the option to cancel the sale or to pick one of the others at a discounted price. I'm very happy with the one that I ended up choosing.
