Delays with USPS at multiple facilities where item would remain for 8-10 days at a time. I contacted the seller to inform I would be making a claim through eBay as the item appeared lost. Seller understood and had excellent communication through the process. Packaging was sufficient to protect from damage and ultimately arrived in good condition, as described. UPS unfortunately mishandled the package (no fault of the seller) which resulted in the paint of the tank getting a few small blemishes in the paint. Seller had great communication with me as we navigated the UPS claim. In the end, we agreed on me keeping the tank with a partial refund to cover the cost for me to get the blemishes fixed. Would recommend seller to others. Definitely a good guy.
