So ordered and sent by email as instructed. Item arrived but not transparent,so tried to raise a polite issue with the seller. Seller replied without really addressing the issues raised and instead tone of reply was arrogant and blame the buyer. To resolve, seller wants buyer to order another item. Really poor customer service and manner.
