However this is fully communicated to you when buying and offers refunds if you need it sooner. This wasnt an issue for me and was surprised at the relatively quick delivery. As described and packaged fine. The only issue I have is with the German copy of this particular movie doesn't have English subs but the movie is in English.

English audio is easy to find and subtitles can be removed. Good communication regarding despatch and informed of any delay if the item is on order rather than in stock.
