I would have thought it was a brand new switch with how great it looks and works. I love that they put so much effort into the packaging to keep it safe in transit. The only problem I had was it took about 35 days (or 25 business days) to ship, even though their profile promised shipping within 20 days. At least it only took 3 days to deliver after that. So overall I would 100% recommend this seller as long as you’re patient!

They shipped as fast as they could and I received the item quickly and well packaged 📦 . The customer service was quick to answer all my questions and are very professional. After teething troubles getting the unit working well..it has since been working fine (making allowance for it's age) and I'm happy with it. The instrument arrived well-packed, but with a broken cd inside....no explanation offered for that. The actual communication and experience with the seller has been positive (apart from the above .BOSS DR-55 Dr. Rhythm Drum Machine Vintage Tested (N° 388247384763)
