Item was well packaged, however when I took off the packaging & opened all the sectyions of this 30L cooler bag there was no shoulder strap with it at all despite the photo on e-bay showing one with the bag. That sadly was the only negative against this e-bay seller & there was no contact number to ring to ask about the shoulder strap. Otherwise all good.

It’s an ideal size, well made, capacious and a serviceable colour. Great it has an option of shoulder strap, which the one I personally use doesn’t, and it would help. Delivered extremely quick, well packaged, exactly as described and would recommend.
