When the refurbished unit arrived it was packaged well but wouldn’t extrude. I had to take it apart and clean the extruder and after the it still wouldn’t print properly. I going to try to cobble together a working machine out of the two units I have. The seller did respond with maintenance instructions. I realize this is a refurbished machine but I had hoped for better quality
- 9***a (225)- Feedback lasciato dall'acquirente.Ultimi 6 mesiAcquisto verificatoSeller did accept return right away, but do not buy the ankermake m5 or m5c printers first of all its discontinued theres no easy parts or replacments available. have to text them and wait a while to get parts. second of all out of box i noticed screws just moving around inisde the printer, i know its refurb but still unacceptable, screws were not tightened. and extruder motor broke right after first print. Avoid these printers and get something which still in production and have parts in stock.

There was an issue with the printhead misthreaded in the hot end block and not able to be changed. After getting a quick response from support, they made sure I received the part to fix the issue right away. The printer is quiet and quick, definitely enjoy the print quality.

They had shipped the generator but tracking number not entered so it showed delivered with the panels. Came a day later. Packaged great and in great condition. Should have trusted the number of sales and positive reviews. They responded to my initial complain immediately. A+ service and product.

The directions were minimal but only took a few minutes to figure out. The only downside was an 8-day delivery time (from California to Oregon) instead of the 2-4 day delivery time advertised. Customer service was immediate when I brought it to their attention; USPS screw-up and not Anker Outlet Store's fault.
