It arrived fron Japan to the central US in less than a week. And they included a little thank you card and origami swan with the package. Those little things make a big difference. Item was received as advertised with all components shown. The lateral weight was not included. Unsuccessful numerous email attempts to describe and/or send diagrams to determine if it was available. The unit performs as expected. Will do business with him again.The overseas shipping was not a problem for time or damage
