It doesn't even fit my size 14 friend as too small. The size is not labelled anywhere on the item so not sure how they even know which one to send. Unfortunately it got damaged trying it on so I couldn't return it but not true to size warning would have been good in the description!

I ordered this jacket in July and it was absolutely perfect, The only problem was that they sent the wrong size. I contacted them to ask for a refund and have complied with everything they asked including photos of the original garment and proof of postage. However I have still not had my refund. Foolishly I trusted them so didnt escalate it to ebay. They have messed me around and fobbed me off with excuses that it is now too late for ebay to step in.
