I loved this show in the 90’s, and had recorded them on VHS back then. But, I knew they wouldn’t last forever on tape so I shopped for them on DVD. As I was watching the episodes, I was experiencing some issues with them. Most were not enough to worry about, but when one episode pixelated terribly, then kicked me completely out of the episode, I contacted the seller, and they refunded the sale. Great seller

I received a letter and the label from the post office. I contacted the seller explained what happened sent proof to him/her. They then apologized and sent me a replacement set of DVD I had originally ordered at no additional cost to me.
