Model was exactly as described and pictured and a very good value for an old Kemtron locomotive. It will take some work but that was made clear in the description. This is a very nicely detailed item that arrives as an easily-assembled kit. It will be only the second cart with my small O-scale station. As is usual with this dealer the price was good, the item exactly as described, well packaged and sent FAST too! Good deal! All five Stars well earned!
