I was sad to see that the knobs had a slice to connect it to my mixer. My mixer has a ribbed round know to the connect to. These won't work, may I send them back and would you have something to fit my mixer? I think you can see the slice on the knob in picture, not to easy. Thanks

I contacted the company and was absolutely astonished someone actually answered the phone, I was able to send a photo of the problem I had by text message. They immediately sent me a replacement overnight. Hot Tip, heat the flagpole up a little with a heat gun or hairdryer and drive the adapter in slowly. Worked like a charm. Absolutely awesome customer service and very satisfied with the product.
