The edges were messy (sticking up) and there was a crease in the vinyl in the "E" in Venom. I messaged the seller and attached images, they responded saying they would fix it and would send me the tracking number when shipped. That was almost 2 weeks ago. A week after initial contact I messaged again asking if they had been shipped. No response. Was Xmas presents for kids, really disappointed.

I got this for my sons bday and have never seen this process done so I was a little leary with no returns. Well I got it 10 days late with no fault of the seller. He kept in contact and kept me cool. Without asking he sends another one out along with fortnite through fed ex. Thats customer service at its excellence. My original showed up and I offered to pay and he wouldnt let me.
