They jumped on the problem and courteously got it solved. I noticed several other colleagues using this holder. Ergonomically, it is a vast improvement on what I was using before. I work several locations; my equipment travels with me.

It also has rubber pads both on the stand where the laptop sits and the bottom. I recommend this product.

I have 7, as I use them to hold my music synthesizer modules at a comfortable angle, which also allows me to stack them to consolidate them into a tighter area. They are well built and hold quite a bit of weight (I have never said to myself "I wish these held more weight"). These will hold ANY laptop you put on it. I will always buy BOYATA if I need more stands.
