One of the responses was just asking me to change my negative review to a positive one. Here I am a month later without the right product, no refund, no responses to my messages...

I was re-sent the wig I wanted and it arrived in great time. The wig itself is lovely, in quality and appearance, definitely worth the price, and I'm very happy with it.
