The seller offered me a ridiculous $3 partial refund, advising me that, "The purple is also beautiful". Absolutely unacceptable. Eventually the back and forth was taking so long that we attempted to set up the device, only to find it is not even compatible on AT&T's Nationwide U.S. Network. Shipped back, still awaiting a refund.
