Am disappointed with the packaging. It lacked protection for the harmonicas. The harmonica case is enclosed in a plastic wrapper, then the item is shipped in an oversized bubble envelope with very little protection for the case which got tossed around in the envelope during shipping. Harmonicas arrived strewn about in their case. Not good. Would have paid more for better packaging!

I have never owned a full set before, so it's taking me some time to test them all. So far, no dead holes, Blow or Draw. I usually pre-rinse new harmonicas, so I can't testify to true "out of the box" experience. A quick rinse is a standard part of playing the harp, so that's no negative.The sound is AMAZING, for such a low price.If you have a harmonica player in your life, they will love this as a gift!

This has never happened to me before. I contacted the seller and they refunded my payment. By the way the package they sent was not tampered with. Thank you for the return of my money.
