    Packaging was horrible. Shipped a boxed ring in just a brown thin package with no padding and as you can see in the pictures the box must have punctured a hole and the box and the ring were both gone. The only reason they didn’t get a negative review is because they did refund my money.

    They sent me the wrong ring and the wrong size, about 5 sizes too big which fits none of my fingers. They told me to keep it but I have no use for a ring that big so I mailed it back to them. They tried again and they did send me the correct ring that I ordered and it is beautiful. The seller is very nice and responded quickly.
