I left positive feedback as seller sent return postage label instantly so issue resolved in terms of accepting the product back and admitting that not all of the order was sent out.

Product was as described, brand new well packaged and with the small discount offer this was a good deal and value for money.

The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and apologetic but I was waiting for the package for over a week. Impressed with the sender but not the delivery service.
