Bonus, theres a handcar in the image. Plus it was postmarked in York, another station on the Northern Central, and I used to live there... Arrived in pristine condition... Wonderful purchasing experience.

The software developed based on the agreement between USPS and ebay does not allow the rate which the USPS charged.
