Shipping was very prompt and communication excellent. Highly recommended seller. I am a repeat customer (usually buy bubble mailers & bubble wrap). The only minor caveat with this product is that the dimensions are just slightly too small for my intended use with LP mailers - still functional but the these pads don't quite cover the LP jackets entirely.
