He was very caring over the phone & smart on catching my mistake prior to him shipping the item. He asked me to send him a picture of the part on my Jandy Aqua-link board. He said I need a different model / part . He kindly immediately reversed my money. He told me what model part I need it to get from another vendor as I searched on EBay & found it. Very sincere kind person !!!
