I opened "BOTH" mascaras right now as I received 3 DRY Primers from Another seller TODAY. Also, I NEVER wait anymore to open "ALL" mascaras, as I received DRY mascara before. I am VERY Pleased w/ this transaction & seller performance. I will return to buy HERE. Thanks Much for the GREAT item!! I have been w/OUT mascara for 3 months now due to negligence of OTHERS. I NEEDED this BADLY!!
