I contacted the seller and they told me that I had to contact eBay about the why the shipment was taking so long. So I contact eBay and guess what? The seller couldn't provide eBay any explanation as to why the item has not shipped. I did get a refund, but now the seller has the item listed at a much higher price. Not a good experience with this seller.
