Unfortunately its been happening frequently and in a few days one of my neighbors would eventually leave my packages at my house, and I would do the same. This time I never received my package. It shows delivered so I waited several days and nothing. I contacted the seller and explained, they immediately refunded me. World class in my eyes. I'm eventually going to try and order the cap again.

Communication was quick and efficient. My Ignite Pro Freedom slides arrived today, and they’re perfect. The packaging was clean and secure, and the slides look exactly like the photos. The size is spot on (I wear 8-8.5, ordered 8), and they fit comfortably right out of the box. No rubbing, no breaking in. I’m really happy with them.
