When I got it, obviously it was broken. I contacted them, sent pics of the bubble wrap & broken candle holder . They apologized & gave me a refund. They did not say they were disputing anything. I thought that was the end of it & threw it out. Now they have filed a claim with the Post Office disputing the broken candle holder and want me to prove it was broken.
