As always we offer free returns to ensure every transaction ends on a positive note. To clarify the pillow is an antique piece which is why the bottom seam is open it was designed that way and simply needs to be sewn shut to secure. Additionally, we shipped the cover inside out to protect the antique embroidery during transit.
