What happened to making sure to take care of the customer? It has been 6 weeks and the product still has not arrived. Their response was "We provided the product you ordered we should have an honest pay for it". USPS had a major shipping delay at their hub in Missouri and delayed the package from 1/10. Before contacting us, a package was not received claim was filed and the purchase was fully refunded your back by eBay all while the package was in transit in a delay. Which has now started moving again on 2/14 to be delivered 2/17. Was for sure WAY to long of a delay by the USPS and is unacceptable for sure.
