The bag was shipped in a regular plain plastic mailer; considering the price I would have expected a box. The bag does have an odor - not sure if this is due to it being vegan leather, or from being packaged in the plain mailer and it traveling in the heat. Hoping the smell dies down over time. In the future, please include the fact that it is vegan leather in the description, and maybe use better packaging. Otherwise happy!
