They gave me a gift card for the amount I had paid. Having compared the packaging to the previous purchase of this item from three years ago, it is essentially the same. It has not been tried yet as the current shaving head has another month before it needs to be exchanged. It was packaged well enough and appeared undamaged in transit. Seller told me his product was an authentic Braun product prior to purchasing and was a blatant lie. Product is a complete counterfeit made with cheap materials. I have attached comparison photos of an authentic Braun razor head (top) vs the fake one this seller sold me (bottom). This seller knows what he’s doing and has done this to other before - check the reviews & be careful!!
