This seller is AMAZING, has the patience of a monk and goes the extra mile for customers. I mentioned that I collect Rail memorabilia from a defunct company, dug in the crates for me and found a bunch of items that I purchased & was highly interested in. Nicest seller I’ve ever dealt with on eBay. Communication was spot on and even spoke to me about the history of what I purchased because it was local. Thank you!!!!!!!

But the seller was very prompt in responding to questions about the listing and the item was shipped quickly. It could have been packaged better (added bubble wrap or paper between the arm and body) but care was taken. I should be able to repair this item (the seller disclosed a repair that was already needed prior to purchase, so I was going to do repairs anyway) overall, a good experience with this seller.
