I’m disappointed that seller tried to deny this was not an original product. I was cornered to accept a partial refund and keep the item. Not able to address this issue due to an emergency and had to close this case. I told seller and also to eBay that if any one sells knock off products be honest about it, let the buyer decide what they buy.
