They never accepted responsibility or apologized for their error. They just asked for more and more detail. I gave them every opportunity to put it right but they did not. They are not a reputable seller. I received a quick resonse to my request for an invoice to cover this transaction. The seller seemed very keen to do everything they could to please me. I'm not able to comment on the quality of the product, as I've sold the 3 pieces I ordered on to a third party, and at the moment they are still in transit to them.
