The package came in a nice clean,neat white box with a little thank you sticker on the box.The item was well wrapped and exactly like it was described. The shipping charge wasn't bad at all. I love owl so the price was well worth it. I'm going back to see if there might be something else I would like from this vendor.

The item was shipped in a very timely manner and well padded, though folding the wings, tore the metal wrap around the stained glass. Advice, fill void with crunched up paper, then wrap with the bubble wrap. It might have shown this in photos, and why said delicate wings but I took it as being intricate.
