They packaged it very securely in bubble wrap in a box and then in a shipping bag, and it came exactly when they said it would. I took it out when it arrived and was able to begin system set up immediately as it was charged already. I've been playing for a couple of days now, and its been delightful. I feel like the price was super fair.

Total accident, stuff happens! I was promptly contacted to be given a refund AND pick out something of equal value if desired. Now that is genuine customer service, something we see less and less of these days. I of course HIGHLY recommend this seller, and will be doing business with them in the future!
