    Item not received yet. I have requested twice recently to be provided with a tracking number. They have not responded to my requests. They're first response was for me to wait 2-3 days. It has now been 6 days since I ordered and they have not provided a tracking number yet after two more requests.

    The item I received was of poor quality, it arrived without tags or packaging, had uneven colouring, and was marked as "dispatched" but wasn’t actually sent until six days later, only after I followed up. Despite being advertised as shipping from the UK, the parcel was sent from Pakistan. I returned the item on the same day I received it, but no refund has been issued. As a result, I’ve asked eBay to step in and still waiting for the refund.
