They told me they sold 12,000 products and it couldn't be their fault. I have been on eBay since 2005 and have never stolen a product given to me ever. Buyer beware and for shaming me instead of helping me solve this. I mentioned the thousands of items I have sold when he mentioned that I am a "scammer". I have FREE returns turned on yet the buyer would not agree. The only thing that would make them happy was a discount... This situation was virtually impossible to resolve with the constant belittling and accusations, and eventually had to be blocked. This user has been reported to eBay for abuse.

Shipping was crazy but the sender posted straight away, the service used meant it was repackaged 3 times and took 3 weeks to leave the US. I love the product and highly recommend the sender, just not the shipping service. Many thanks.
