Was sent in penny sleeve wrapped in tissue paper and in a bubble mailer. I would confirm with seller if buying to put card in penny sleeve and top loader. When messaging seller after the experience. I did say I didn't feel necessary when shipping cards under $10. I am trying to save money for a car for my wife so yes, every penny counts.
