The product description says it is refurbished but mine looks brand freaking new! Not a single smudge was on the screen, no scratches, dents, or marks of any sort on the device. Incredible price to performance! I can't believe this was under $200. I3-1215u, 8gb lpddrx5 ram, a 1080p touch screen matte display, and 8 hours of battery life you CANNOT find a better value.

Had up and running - checking email in minutes. 15yo did most of setup herself. I did setup some parental controls so I can keep tabs on her. Would definitely purchase from this supplier again if need anything. Packaged securely and arrived timely.

(I'd also add that it was a great bargain - a great product and competitive pricing for what I received)
