Buyer was still offered a return resolution. We have been friendly, helpful & polite in all messages. We love keeping honest buyers happy & provide excellent customer service.

I urge ebay sellers not to use Hermes as they're generally terrible. I apologise for the stress and ordeal it caused. I use Ebay Simple Delivery for my listings, where buyers get a choice between Royal Mail and Evri when purchasing an item. It is easy for buyers to miss noticing that they can select between the options of Royal Mail or Evri. So please be mindful as to which delivery service is selected at checkout & change it to the one you prefer before placing the order.
