It is honestly impressive. She was very happy to answer my questions throughout the process, keeping me updated of progress and when shipped the postage was very speedy. I couldn't ask for more. One clock is in better condition than the other, but both work perfectly. Packaging was more than satisfactory to ensure that the clocks arrived in good order. Postage cost was incredibly cheap considering the size and weight of both clocks. I highly recommend this seller and will very certainly look to purchase from them again.
