No worries, Xplora customer service provided me with a link to order a new SIM card and it was free. It should arrive in 2-4 days. What I got had a large, unremovable yellow sticker on the back that tears and sticks like a GameStop label. I requested a partial refund, and after two days the seller just said I could return it. I didn’t want to risk losing the item or deal with the hassle. The listing was misleading and the seller was uncooperative. I would not buy from them again.
