This person, ordered, requested a refund, which I gave them, ordered the same thing again, requested a refund AGAIN, when I told them it was already shipping, demanded to know why it hadn’t moved with USPS. Then messaged me relentlessly over and over for the last 2 weeks demanding to know where USPS had the shoes. Then demanded another refund before they even got the shoes.
