I wasn't happy with the product quality especially the xenon bulbs are very low quality with plastic base that was not mentioned. I agreed to a partial refund because I think the balasts are OK and replaced the bulbs with metal base ones from a different seller. I am definitely will not buy again from this seller. The Positive feedback only for the seller communication.
