The packaging included placing the paper manual inside plastic bag so item met the description perfectly. While other manuals were less expensive the responsiveness of the seller made this a better buy. Similar items were twice as costly. Was cheaper than UK price including postage from the USA. Packaging might not have been brand new but parts were perfect and sealed as brand new which they were. Suggest you bump your price guys.
