They tried to repair it then shipped me another, functional, unit. They show me pictures of this new unit beforehand. Very professional and honest from their part! Package arrived well protected, and the player looks just like the (new) photos. Also, the seller modified his ebay options to be able to send the package to my PO box. Highly recommended!
