I tried reaching out and seller never responded and ebay did nothing. I have always been able to reach out to ebay when I had problem. They have changed how they deal with problems so going forward I will not be ordering from ebay anymore. To the seller you certainly don't stand behind your product and I guess you need the money more then I do.
