The item was shipped in a very timely manner and well padded, though folding the wings, tore the metal wrap around the stained glass. Advice, fill void with crunched up paper, then wrap with the bubble wrap. It might have shown this in photos, and why said delicate wings but I took it as being intricate. All in all, I am still happy with my purchase. I take nothing away from the seller whom I highly recommend. The item is beautiful
